The website www.chargepulse.com is intended to provide an on-line service which purpose is to help users in finding, locating and using Pulse® charging terminals for electric vehicles marketed by MADIC Industries (the “Company”).
The use of the website is free, subject to features accessible under registration of the user.
The website has the following functionalities:
- Location through map or list form of the Pulse® charging terminals, with indication of their status and features (“server”)
- Search engine of the charging terminals available within a geographic radius around the address as indicated by the user, or by geolocation technology
- Personal account to be created by the user, giving access to an electronic payment system and the history of his charges and payments (subject to registration).
The Company may change, at its own discretion, the content of the service.
2. Website access and content
By using the website, the User is deemed to have completely and fully accepted the present General Terms of Use. This General Terms may be modified or supplemented at any time; Users are invited to consult them periodically.
The website is normally accessible 24/7, subject to possible breakdowns and/or necessary maintenance operations, which the Company shall not be liable for.
The Company shall provide its best efforts to update the information of the website but shall not be responsible in case of mistakes or unavailability of the information as well as material or immaterial damages that may occur as a result.
3. Registration and log-in
Registration is strictly reserved to individuals for a non-professional and/or non-commercial use.
The user may create a personal account through the registration form. The form shall be completed with valid and correct data, being agreed that such data are used for running the service, and update of the data is the responsibility of the user.
When registering, the user chooses his user name and password required for logging in the account and use the service thereafter. Should the user forget his password, a new one will be sent to the contact email associated with the account.
4. Intellectual Property
Structure and parts of the website (excluding contents owned by third parties), including texts, maps, pictures, videos, data base (server), software, results of search on the server, trademarks, logos and other distinctive signs… are property of the Company or its affiliates.

Personal data deliberately given by the user through the registration form or any other way are used by the Company only for identification and service individualization purposes.
In the registration form, the user may accept or refuse the transmission of his data to the Company’s partners (for example charging terminal operators) for marketing purposes.
Company will take necessary steps to ensure the data security and confidentiality.
In accordance with French Law dated 6th January 1978 and the EU General Data Protection Regulation dated 27th April 2016, users have the right to access, to object and to correct their personal data. Requests shall be sent by email or by post using the “contact” section of the website, along with a copy of their ID document and the address where the confirmation shall be sent.

This website has links to other websites of the Company, which are not governed by this General Terms.
